The FIRST TIME CLIENTS natural hair package is required for new clients and clients returning after more than 12 months. Its listed $150 appointment includes a consultation, a treatment chosen for your hair, steam treatment, trim, wash and press.

What the pressed service includes
The regular Wash, blowdry, press or curl appointment lists four parts: washing, conditioning, blow-drying and pressing, finished straight or curled.
A wash-and-blow-dry-only appointment is also available, but it is a different service. If you want the pressed finish, book the press—not wash and blow-dry only.

What is the silk press service called in the booking menu?
The regular pressed appointment is listed as Wash, blowdry, press or curl. First-time clients should also review the separately listed natural-hair package.
Can I choose curls instead of a straight finish?
The regular pressed-service description offers a curled or straight finish. Discuss your preference when planning the appointment.
Is wash and blowdry only the same service?
No. That appointment is separately listed and does not describe the additional pressed finish.
Is a trim included?
The first-time natural-hair package includes a trim. The regular pressed appointment does not list one; trims have a separate menu entry.
How much time should I set aside?
Both the regular pressed service and first-time natural-hair package list two hours. If you add another service, check the total reserved time before booking.
