Start with the right appointment

If you’re new — or it’s been more than 12 months — you’ll start with the first-time-client natural-hair package. It includes a consultation, a treatment chosen for your hair, steam treatment, trim, wash, and press. The listed appointment is $150 for two hours.

Look at this package before you book a regular natural-hair appointment. If you want extensions, styling, or another service, check how first-visit guidance applies to that booking.

Questions before you book

Where do I book?

You’ll book on StyleSeat. The button opens our profile so you can pick a service and a time with Shaun’e.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit holds your chair. You’ll see the amount and the current terms on StyleSeat before you confirm.

Is hair included with extensions?

It depends. Some installations and named bundles include hair, and some do not. Open the exact service so you know what’s included before you book.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please read the cancellation and no-show terms on StyleSeat before you confirm. Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time and there’s no extra charge. Inside 24 hours, we keep the deposit, and an additional amount may bring the total to 25% of the service price. A no-show is 50%. The deposit is non-refundable, and canceling on time does not automatically refund it.

Where is the salon entrance?

Come in through Suite 3, on the Sycamore side of the building, at 737 W Chester Pike in Havertown.
